Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Place ice into shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Good with a piadina.

Italiano Opera is succulent heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 15ml dubonnet rouge as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just chill glass then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and good with a piadina and served in a saucer glass cold.
