Italian Kir is palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml blackberry liqueur drillaud and 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use icy cold glass then add in the blackberry liqueur and pour in the sparkling white wine and add blackberry to glass and served in a flute glass cold.
