  1. Warm glass and consomme.
  2. Chiffonade parsley and mint.
  3. Add shredded herbs into warm glass.
  4. Pour in the arak.
  5. Stir in the warm lamb consomme.

Issus is pleasurable super strong cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml arak efe and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and consomme then chiffonade parsley and mint and add shredded herbs into warm glass. Pour in the arak and stir in the warm lamb consomme and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
