Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with coconut batonnet and green dust.

Dust Green - Green Dust is a non toxic approved food colouring edible dusting powder great for dusting over cocktail creations to give it a shine and glitter look.

Island Donkey is delightful standard cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml chocolate liqueur vok and 30ml coconut liqueur dolce with 50ml milk as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with coconut batonnet and green dust and served in a saucer glass cold.
