Maple Syrup

Biscuit Wafer

18% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Put half the ice into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Quick shake.
Pour all into short glass.
Top glass with ice.
Add wafer biscuit on the side for dipping.

Vodka Smirnoff - Clear vodka made by Smirnoff.

Maple Syrup - Maple flavor syrup made with maple tree sap.

Biscuit Wafer - Biscuit Wafer is a crisp often sweet very thin flat light biscuit often used to decorate cocktails used for dipping and also used as a garnish on some sweet dishes.

Irish Willow is stimulating strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky cream irish omaras and 30ml vodka smirnoff with 30ml maple syrup as well as 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just put half the ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake. Pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and add wafer biscuit on the side for dipping and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
