Irish Sling is very palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey irish jameson and 10ml vermouth dry adelaide hills distillery with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add irish whisky and add lemon juice. Add sugar syrup and add soda water and garnish with lemon peel zest and served in a goblet glass cold.
