Irish Maid is uisce beil smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whiskey irish and 15ml sugar brown with 105ml milk hot and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm serving glass and heat milk then add irish whiskey into glass and pour in the warm milk. Stir in the brown sugar and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
