Shaken with 30ml whiskey irish connemara cask strength and 30ml peppermint liqueur green dekuyper with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with mint and served in a flute glass cold.
