Irinushka is succulent mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml strawberry liqueur and 30ml gin pink barrister with 190ml tea and good with afternoon tea. Just brew long tea then warm up the serving glass and add liqueur and gin to glass. Stir in the hote tea and good with a warm pastry or sweet bread and served in a coffee glass warm.
