Warm glass and brew tea.
Add scotch whisky into glass.
Pour in the hot tea.
Stir in the birch syrup.

Iona is bewitching light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky scotch glenshiel and 15ml birch syrup with 205ml tea and best with buffet style food. Just warm glass and brew tea then add scotch whisky into glass and pour in the hot tea. Stir in the birch syrup and served in a coffee glass warm.
