Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish with olive.

Inkys Special is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml gin and 40ml lime juice with 10ml kummel liqueur as well as 10ml anise liqueur including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnish with olive and served in a martini glass cold.
