Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into bar shaker.
Pour all ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Gum Syrup - Gum syrup is a rich simple syrup 2 to 1 sugar to water combined with gum Arabic an all natural resin harvested from the Acacia tree and found primarily in Northeast Africa.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Improved Gin is yummy heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin darling and 10ml maraschino liqueur giffard with 10ml absinthe mr jekyll as well as 10ml bitters khoosh including 15ml gum syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into bar shaker then pour all ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake. Fine strain into cocktail glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
