Method - Poured - Cold

Add half the ice to mixing glass.
Pour in claret wine and brandy.
Add other ingredients.
Gently stir.
Pour everything into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Garnish with cucumber skin.
Divine

Built with 45ml wine red and 15ml brandy with 10ml nutmeg syrup as well as 30ml soda water including 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour in claret wine and brandy and add other ingredients. Gently stir and pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and garnish with cucumber skin and served in a highball glass cold.
