Method
  1. Place the ice into short glass.
  2. Add in the whisky.
  3. Pour in the mandarin juice.
  4. Sprinkle the liqueur on top.
  5. Good with a side serve of fish fingers.

Ichthyocentaur is kellemes robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml mandarine liqueur and 30ml whisky white horse with 30ml mandarin juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice into short glass then add in the whisky and pour in the mandarin juice. Sprinkle the liqueur on top and good with a side serve of fish fingers and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
