Icey Hell is savoureux strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml everclear 120 proof and 70ml creaming soda green with 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into glass then pour in a little soda and add everclear. Top glass wuith green creaming soda and served in a highball glass cold.
