Method
  1. Place ice into tumbler style glass.
  2. Add in the apple liqueur.
  3. Pour in the apple juice.
  4. Sprinkle the absinthe on top.
  5. Garnish with granny smith apple.

IAI Green Dragon is moreish standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml apple liqueur binyamina and 10ml absinthe golan heights with 60ml apple juice as well as 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then add in the apple liqueur and pour in the apple juice. Sprinkle the absinthe on top and garnish with granny smith apple and served in a highball glass cold.
