  1. Place the ice into collins glass.
  2. Add in the melon liqueur.
  3. Pour in the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle parfait amour on top.

I Love You is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rockmelon liqueur massenez and 30ml parfait amour gabriel boudier with 40ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into collins glass then add in the melon liqueur and pour in the lemon soda. Sprinkle parfait amour on top and served in a highball glass cold.
