Hydromel is tasteful standard cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml brandy bass and flinders and 30ml honey dark with 160ml water hot and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm serving glass then add in double of brandy and add the hot water. Stir in the honey with long spoon and drinks well with a banket pastry and served in a coffee glass warm.
