Hyde Oark Corner is exquisite robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml honey liqueur byron bay and 30ml whisky launceston with 30ml tea and best with an entree or small snack. Just brew very strong tea and warm glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Slowly stir well until mixed and pour a little honey around glass and julep strain into warm glass and served in a martini glass cold.
