Method - Stirred - Cold

Warm glass and chicha morada.
Add pisco to warm glass.
Pour in the warm chicha.
Stir in lime to taste.

Pisco - Pisco is a colorless or yellowish to amber brandy made by distilling fermented grape into a high proof spirit.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Chicha Morada - Chicha Morada made by boiling the purple corn or purple maize in water with pineapple and quince and adding a pinch of cinnamon and cloves.

Hurin is rico smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml pisco and 15ml lime juice with 105ml chicha morada and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm glass and chicha morada then add pisco to warm glass and pour in the warm chicha. Stir in lime to taste and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
