Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Hungry Panda is moreish strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu red star and 15ml loquat liqueur with 15ml soda water as well as 30ml kumquat soda including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
