Method
  1. Warm up glass.
  2. Heat heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Vigorously shake all.
  5. Strain into hot glass.
  6. Grate a little nutmeg on top.
  7. Delightful

Hot Whiskey Flip is delightful strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky glenfiddich 40year and 10ml sugar syrup with 60ml egg as well as 30ml water hot and best at tea time. Just warm up glass then heat heat cubes and cocktail shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Vigorously shake all and strain into hot glass and grate a little nutmeg on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
