Hot Sherry Cocktail

Sherry Cream

10ml

Lemon Juice

40ml

Water

10ml

Sugar Palm

Cinnamon

Lemon Peel

9% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Warm

Heat glass.
Heat all ingredients, less peel.
WARNING Do not boil.
Stir well.
Strain into warm glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.

Sherry Cream - Fine spanish cream sherry with full flavour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Water - Water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical substance that is the main constituent of Earths streams lakes and oceans and the fluids of most living organisms.

Sugar Palm - Palm Sugar is a sweetener derived from any variety of palm tree

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Hot Sherry is glorious medium cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml sherry cream and 10ml lemon juice with 40ml water as well as 10ml sugar palm and served large chunks of meat. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients, less peel and warning do not boil. Stir well and strain into warm glass and garnish with lemon twist and served in a martini glass warm.
