  1. Warm serving glass.
  2. Add in the rum.
  3. Pour in the hot water.
  4. Stir in the lemon syrup.
  5. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.

Hot Rum Punch is beguiling average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum gold amber bacardi carta and 15ml lemon syrup with 90ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm serving glass then add in the rum and pour in the hot water. Stir in the lemon syrup and sprinkle a little nutmeg on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
