  1. Warm short serving glass.
  2. Pour in rum.
  3. Add in the sugar syrup.
  4. Stir in hot water.
  5. Alwasy good with a biscuit.
  6. Garnish with zest.

Hot Rum is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum spiced untold and 15ml sugar syrup with 75ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm short serving glass then pour in rum and add in the sugar syrup. Stir in hot water and alwasy good with a biscuit and garnish with zest and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
