Hot Lime Whisky is delish robust cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky single malt mchenry and 10ml lime juice with 40ml water as well as 10ml sugar syrup mcguinness and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients, less peel and warning do not boil. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with lime peel twist and served in a martini glass warm.
