Method
  1. Heat glass.
  2. Heat all ingredients, less cinnamon.
  3. WARNING Do not boil.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with cinnamon.

Hot Irish is yum yum quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whiskey irish jameson black and 50ml water filtered with 10ml clove syrup and served large chunks of meat. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients, less cinnamon and warning do not boil. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with cinnamon and served in a balloon glass warm.
