Method
  1. Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour in the sherry.
  3. Drop in one egg yoke.
  4. Vigorously shake well.
  5. Stir in the hot chicken stock.
  6. Strain into warm short rocks glass.
  7. Best serving temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.

Hot Chicken Tea is tasteful light in flavour cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml sherry dry and 30ml egg yolk with 90ml stock chicken and works well with savoury style foods. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then pour in the sherry and drop in one egg yoke. Vigorously shake well and stir in the hot chicken stock and strain into warm short rocks glass and best serving temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
