Hot Bunk is tasteful average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin navy strength anther and 120ml tea black and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass then brew strong black tea and add strong gin into warm glass. Pour in the strong black tea and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
