  1. Heat glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  4. Stir well until warm.
  5. Strain into glass.

Just heat glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well until warm and strain into glass and garnish with blueberries and served in a martini glass warm.
