Hot Benefactor is scrummy above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine red chianti and 30ml rum angostura 5year with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 50ml water hot and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add rum into glass then pour in the red wine and add in the hot water. Stir in the sugar syrup and drop in thin slice of lemon and sprinkle nutmeg on top and served in a wine glass cold.
