Horsefeather is ambrosian full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon rabbit hole and 10ml bitters kenny with 60ml ginger beer bundaberg as well as 190ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters and pour in shot of bourbon. Top with ginger beer and served in a highball glass cold.
