Hordeum Vulgare is palatable mild cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whisky waterford and 130ml beer brew dunkelweizen with 130ml water barley green and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of barley whisky into glass then stir in the barley water and layer in the beer to top glass and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
