Hopscotch is bewitching very strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whiskey irish and 30ml whisky cream and best with lunch. Just place whisky into bottom of glass then float whiskey cream on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
