Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm glass and bourbon.
Warm shaker and heat cubes.
Add seeds to shaker.
Pour in bourbon.
Vigorously shake.
Fine strain into warm glass.
Drop a few coriander seeds on top.
Delectable

Homestake is delectable full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml bourbon old number fifteen and best at tea time. Just warm glass and bourbon then warm shaker and heat cubes and add seeds to shaker. Pour in bourbon and vigorously shake and fine strain into warm glass and drop a few coriander seeds on top and served in a balloon glass warm.
