  1. Place ice into collins glass.
  2. Add good splash of lemon soda.
  3. Pour in ounce of grain alcohol.
  4. Top glass with pineapple juice.
  5. Garnish glass with pineapple.

Hodge Podge is restoring strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml everclear and 30ml lemon soda with 40ml pineapple juice as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into collins glass then add good splash of lemon soda and pour in ounce of grain alcohol. Top glass with pineapple juice and garnish glass with pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
