Method
  1. Chiffonade cloudberry leaf.
  2. Add cloudberry leaf to bottom of glass.
  3. Place herring onto leaf.
  4. Add a few rounds of radish.
  5. Sprinkle juice and gin on top.
  6. Drop sour cream on top.
  7. Add a cocktail fork for fish stabbing.
  8. Enjoyable

Hippocrates is enjoyable robust cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin pink kimerud and 15ml lemon juice and best with lunch. Just chiffonade cloudberry leaf then add cloudberry leaf to bottom of glass and place herring onto leaf. Add a few rounds of radish and sprinkle juice and gin on top and drop sour cream on top and add a cocktail fork for fish stabbing and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
