Hindsii is flavorous very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu tusu 1636 and 30ml kumquat liqueur mavromatis with 20ml kumquat juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnsih with round of kumquat and served in a martini glass cold.
