Method
  1. Place ice into glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less cola.
  3. Quick dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.
  5. Add cola for extra creamy head.

Shaken with 15ml coffee liqueur caffe del fuego and 15ml chocolate liqueur with 15ml bourbon as well as 15ml whisky cream including 40ml milk also 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into glass then add all ingredients to shaker, less cola and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and add cola for extra creamy head and served in a highball glass cold.
