Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Fine strain into cold glass.
Sprinkle seeds adn palm sugar on top.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Tahini - Tahini or tahina is made from toasted ground sesame seeds made into a thin paste.

Sugar Syrup Brown - Brown sugar syrup is rick brown sugar cooked with water until thick.

High Voltage is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum gold amber and 30ml cream with 15ml tahini as well as 10ml sugar syrup brown including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Fine strain into cold glass and sprinkle seeds adn palm sugar on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
