High Roller is exquisite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin navy strength plymouth and 15ml carambola juice with 70ml champagne bollinger and had with cheese style dishes. Just every ingredient must be room temped then add navy gin to glass and pour in carambola juice. Add dry champagne and serve with langres and crackes with dried dates and served in a flute glass at room temperature.
