High Lander is nummy quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky scotch glenmorangie and 30ml ginger liqueur hunter with 10ml bitters as well as 15ml apple juice including 15ml lemon juice also 10ml falernum syrup tripplemans together with 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
