Mead Dwojniak - Dwojniak Mead is a mead made using equal amounts of water and honey and is sweet to the taste.

Gruel Wheat - Wheat Gruel is made by grinding raw sun dried wheat into flour then cooked with water or milk or both and can be served hot or cold.

High In Fibre is fortifying light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 145ml mead dwojniak and 145ml gruel wheat and served with or for breakfast. Just warm glass and gruel then add mead into warm glass and stir in the warm mead and served in a highball glass warm.
