Method
  1. In a highball glass add the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the ginger liqueur.
  3. Layer in the soda water.
  4. Sprinkle the quince liqueur on top.
  5. Lecker

Herzog is lecker average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml ginger liqueur friedrichs and 15ml quince liqueur with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a highball glass add the ice cubes then pour in the ginger liqueur and layer in the soda water. Sprinkle the quince liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
