Herring Dipper is deliziosa full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml swedish punsch and 30ml bask with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml capers including 10ml onion white also 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add capers and onions to glass then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over capers and onions and serve herring on the side with fork and small wedge of lemon and served in a martini glass cold.
