Hemulsion is tiltalende medium cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml yuzu liqueur stache house and 15ml wine coca with 45ml custard creme anglaise as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and garnish top with jelly frog and served in a saucer glass cold.
