Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Hemingway Special is nummy quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum light white and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 30ml grapefruit juice as well as 10ml lime juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
