Hemingway Champagne is moreish heavy cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml absinthe sebor and 55ml champagne and good with afternoon tea. Just use ice cold champagne glass then pour in jigger of absinthe and add in the champagne. Should look opalescent milkiness and served in a flute glass cold.
