  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with etrog zest knot.

Heights Martini is moreish very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin etrog golan heights and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml etrog juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with etrog zest knot and served in a martini glass cold.
