Method
  1. Warm rabbit consomme.
  2. Warm heavy old fashioned glass.
  3. Add corenwijn and sloe gin.
  4. Pour in rabbit consomme.
  5. Add small amount of butter.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Serve cocktail bread on the side.

Heet Konijn is heerlijke mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin sloe rutte and 15ml corenwyn bols 10year with 120ml consomme rabbit and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm rabbit consomme then warm heavy old fashioned glass and add corenwijn and sloe gin. Pour in rabbit consomme and add small amount of butter and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve cocktail bread on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
